SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship within the Continental United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) to Street Addresses Only.

We strive to ship your packages in 1 to 2 working days, Monday through Friday. However in most cases, we ship within 24 hours. All packages are shipped from San Diego, CA. 

PAYMENT POLICY

If payment is made through PayPal using "E-CHECK" your order will not be shipped out until PayPal E-Check has cleared. 

RETURN POLICY

Your happiness is our number one concern. We accept returns, exchanges and refunds for any products you are unhappy with for 30 days. Return shipping costs will be paid by Crystal Serenity.
